We aim to process all refunds and returns as quickly as possible.
We only provide refunds and returns within 30 days after purchase, and only if the product was purchased through our website.
If a refund is requested and is payable back to the customer, we will refund the money using the same payment method originally used by the customer. Once a refund has been issued, the customer will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount refunded; and, if applicable, the item we have received back.
Please note the refund may take up to 3-5 business days to process, depending on the original payment method and the banking organization(s) involved. Refund for purchase of products made besides our official website may not be processed.
For product returns, please call us at 1-888-234-7421 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to mailing the product. RA#s must be visible on the return label so it may be received by our warehouse and tracked within our system. Customers should receive an email confirmation within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned item.
Please note that if the product was sent back to us via the standard postal service, the refund confirmation may take up to 14 business days to process due to the extra postal delivery time. During busy times of the year such as public holidays, the wait may extend.
