Refund Policy


If a refund is required and payable back to you we will refund the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item which we have received back.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of this within a week of having returned the item. Please note that if you have sent the product back using standard postal service that due to the extra time it takes for postal delivery it may take up to 14 days to receive confirmation of your refund. Please note that at busy times of the year such as public holidays, these times may increase. For product returns please call us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning the product. RA#s must be visible on return label to be received by our warehouse, to be tracked within
our system and to issue you a refund.
