Due to the ongoing coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, Carrot Stix will not accept any new warranty claims starting March 19, 2020.
Our staffs will continue to assist any open warranty claims; however, delays in order processing and shipment are expected. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
