Warranty Policy

At Carrot Stix™, we strive to provide the best services to our customers.

FOR USA AND CANADA ONLY

To receive limited lifetime warranty, you must register your Carrot Stix™ fishing rod within 60 days of purchase. After the product has been registered on our website, the warranty is effective for lifetime of original purchaser/owner and will protect the registered product against nonconformity in material and workmanship.

Normal wear and tear, accidents, second-hand/auctioned products, abused and/or lost/stolen products are not covered. If the rod is defective within 30 days of purchase, you may consult the original vendor regarding their return policy or contact Carrot Stix™ at 1-888-234-7421 or visit us online at
 www.carrotstix.com.

Procedure

Go to our website at www.carrotstix.com and register an account. Fill out a Carrot Stix Product Registration Form to register your product. Once your registration has been approved, the limited lifetime warranty will come into effect.

To submit a warranty claim, fill out a Carrot Stix™ Warranty Claim Form on our website. A proof of purchase (i.e. copy of the original receipt) and the serial number is required.
