Refund policy

We aim to process all refunds and returns as quickly as possible.

We only provide refunds and returns within 14 days of delivery, and only if the product is purchased through our website.

If a refund is requested and is payable back to you, we will refund the money using the same payment method originally used. Once a refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount refunded; and, if applicable, the item(s) we have received if it was mailed back.

Refunds may take up to 3-7 business days to process, depending on the original payment method and the banking organization(s) involved. Refunds are not available for purchases through other retailers, sellers, or auction sites.

For product returns, please email us at info@carrotstix.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) in prior to mailing the product. RA#s must be visible on the return label so it may be received by our warehouse and tracked within our system. Customers should receive an email confirmation within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned item.

Please note that if the product is sent back to us via standard postal service, the refund confirmation may take up to 14 business days to process due to the extra postal delivery time; during busy times of the year such as public holidays, the wait may extend.
